Marketing Specialist – Recruitment Agency

About the role

We are looking for a creative, results‑driven Marketing Specialist to design and execute marketing strategies that promote our recruitment services, strengthen our brand, and generate qualified leads. The role is fully remote and requires a strong background in recruitment‑focused digital marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch marketing campaigns to showcase recruitment services.
• Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and the company website.
• Manage and optimise digital channels, especially LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
• Generate, nurture, and qualify leads to support business development.
• Plan and execute employer‑branding and recruitment‑marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and produce regular marketing reports.
• Stay up‑to‑date with recruitment market trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience within a recruitment agency.
• Strong knowledge of digital, social media, content creation, and lead‑generation tactics.
• Proven experience with LinkedIn and B2B marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Analytical, organisational, and project‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple projects.
