Marketing Strategist – Brand & Content Lead

About the role

Elassal Trading Company is looking for a Marketing Strategist to shape brand and content direction across all its brands. You will define the creative vision, ensure premium customer experiences, and work closely with the CCO to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the 360° brand and content strategy, including positioning, messaging and creative direction for all company brands.
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary marketing team of graphic designers and content creators, maintaining high creative standards.
• Plan, execute and oversee brand campaigns and content across every channel and touchpoint.
• Design the customer journey from a brand perspective to deliver a coherent, compelling experience.
• Use performance and funnel insights to refine brand and content decisions, informing but not managing paid media spend.
• Collaborate with sales, ecommerce and performance teams to align brand initiatives with commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in brand, content or marketing strategy, preferably within fashion, lifestyle or D2C ecommerce.
• Proven track record leading creative teams and delivering end‑to‑end campaigns.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating premium brand building across social, digital and offline channels.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English for copy and creative direction in the Egyptian market.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field is a plus.
