MEA Artwork Designer

About the role

Kraft Heinz is looking for a creative and detail-oriented MEA Artwork Designer to join its team. The role covers developing artwork and minor POSM designs and content for all KHC brands, following brand guidelines and manufacturer instructions.

Key responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine requirements, then conceptualize visuals based on the Marketing team's needs
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas within brand guidelines
• Develop and/or extract illustrations, logos and other designs using design software
• Apply the appropriate colours and layouts to each graphic
• Amend designs after feedback and follow manufacturer instructions for pre-production alignment
• Attend internal design and brand guidelines workshops to maintain technical knowledge
• Lead development and amendments of artwork and minor POSM designs and content for all KHC brands

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (HBO) in graphic design
• 0-2 years of experience
• Compelling portfolio covering a wide range of creative projects
• Excellent eye for aesthetics and detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English is a must; Turkish is a plus

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch and InDesign, and other graphic design software
• Familiarity with design software such as InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
