Media Executive – Strategic Campaign Planner

About the role

The Media Executive will support the media division by developing and executing strategic channel and media approaches that impress clients. You will work closely with creative and tech teams to launch, monitor, and optimise advertising campaigns across online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret client briefs, ask clarifying questions and design media plans aligned with objectives.
• Create and manage MSG sheets, coordinate with creative agencies to ensure timely material delivery and go‑live dates.
• Track digital campaign performance, liaise with the tech team for proper implementation, and follow up with media partners.
• Manage campaign launches, handle client expectations, and resolve any delays or challenges.
• Prepare client status reports (e.g., Monday.com) and post‑campaign optimisation recommendations.
• Oversee invoicing processes and ensure accurate booking by the administration team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in media planning (online and offline).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to develop post‑campaign reports and competitive analyses.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of advertising products, formats and channels.
• Familiarity with digital platforms: Programmatic, Display, Video, Social, Search.
• Ability to prepare and present media plan rationales and optimisation recommendations.
