Medical Advisor – Pharmacist Chat Support

About the role

NEXperience is seeking a full‑time Medical Advisor with a pharmacy background to provide evidence‑based support to customers via chat. Based in Al‑Rehab, Cairo, you will work in a hybrid model, handling 24/7 rotational shifts and ensuring safe medication guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries on medications, dosages, side effects, and therapy options through chat platforms.
• Verify prescriptions and treatment plans when required and advise when in‑person care is needed.
• Collaborate with medical affairs and customer support teams to keep knowledge bases current and compliant.
• Contribute to medical education content and support market‑access initiatives with clinical insights.
• Document all interactions according to company and healthcare standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Proven experience and solid knowledge of the Saudi (KSA) pharmaceutical market.
• Ability to work hybrid and cover 24/7 rotational shifts.
• Strong scientific background with the capacity to translate complex data into clear, customer‑friendly language.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools and chat platforms.
• Experience using AI‑assisted support solutions.
• Familiarity with telehealth or BPO/CX environments (advantageous).
