Medical Customer Engagement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Medical Customer Engagement Specialist to join our Marketing team in Al Mansurah. The role combines office‑based coordination with field activities to drive meaningful interactions with customers and support our marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and enhance customer engagement across multiple channels, including calls, emails and social media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns and initiatives.
• Maintain and report on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Ensure all customer communications and marketing messages are medically accurate.
• Analyse customer behaviour, provide insights and recommend improvements.
• Collect and share customer feedback with internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Physiotherapy or a related field.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and selling skills.
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles.
• Completed or exempted military service.
• Residency in Mansoura is required.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
