About the role
MedValley S.A.E. is seeking a professional Medical Receptionist to join its New Cairo office. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will ensure a welcoming atmosphere while supporting the smooth operation of the medical practice.
Key responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors, manage check‑in procedures, and maintain a tidy reception area.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage clinicians' calendars, and handle cancellations or rescheduling.
- Answer inbound calls promptly, provide accurate information, and direct calls to appropriate departments.
- Maintain patient records, update contact information, and ensure confidentiality of medical data.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and preparing documents for clinicians.
Required profile
- Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Customer‑service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Prior experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with appointment‑scheduling software and calendar management tools.
