Medical Representative – Egypt

About the role

STADA, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer, is looking for a motivated Medical Representative to join its Egyptian team. You will be responsible for promoting both new launches and existing products across the private market, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and contributing to the company’s growth in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Promote new and existing STADA products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and clinics.
• Prepare monthly forecasting sheets based on historical data and sales targets.
• Plan and execute daily visits to existing and potential customers, delivering core product messages.
• Record and track sales performance and customer activity within the assigned territory.
• Conduct RTM (Route-to-Market) and promotional campaigns to boost product sales.
• Analyze market share, identify competitive challenges, and propose strategic actions.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with HCPs and purchasers, monitor stock levels, and gather product feedback.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in consumer healthcare or primary‑care pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong knowledge of the Egyptian private market and key hospitals.
• Established contacts with specialty doctors (orthopedics, neurology, pain, dermatology, general practice, ENT).
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, medicine, veterinary science, or a related scientific field.
