Medical Representative

About the role

Julphar is seeking a motivated Medical Representative to promote its pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers make informed buying decisions while upholding the company’s professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage an assigned sales territory, meeting or exceeding sales targets within budget.
• Execute sales and marketing plans, including territory coverage, call frequency, and audio‑visual activities for healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, customer profiles, and marketing feedback.
• Stay updated on clinical data, present findings to health professionals, and monitor competitor activities.
• Prospect new business opportunities and collaborate with the direct manager on customer‑centric initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related scientific field.
• Excellent communication, listening and persuasive abilities.
• Ambitious, dynamic, team‑oriented with strong self‑motivation.
• Effective time and territory management, willingness to learn and a positive mindset.
