Medical Representative (Pharmaceutical Sales)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Medical Representative to join Paxal Pharmaceuticals in Cairo. The successful candidate will promote our growing portfolio of pharmaceutical products to physicians, pharmacists and other healthcare decision‑makers, delivering scientific information and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned hospitals, clinics and pharmacies in Cairo & Giza on a regular basis.
• Present product benefits, therapeutic indications and clinical data to healthcare professionals.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve defined targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and gather feedback for the sales and marketing teams.
• Organise and participate in medical events, conferences and product launches.
• Maintain accurate records of visits and activities using CRM and reporting tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science or a related healthcare field.
• Strong medical sales aptitude with proven ability to manage a territory and meet sales objectives.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience using CRM tools for reporting and planning.
