Medical Scribe – Case Management (B2 English)

About the role

We are looking for data‑driven medical doctors to analyze electronic medical record (EMR) data and create personalized care plans for nursing‑home residents in the United States. This analytical, population‑health position focuses on identifying care gaps and supporting value‑based care rather than direct patient interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large‑scale EMR and healthcare datasets to uncover unmet preventive, chronic disease, medication, and follow‑up care needs.
• Develop evidence‑based, individualized care plans that align with each resident’s medical history, risk profile, and health goals.
• Stratify residents by risk, prioritize interventions for high‑risk or complex cases, and monitor health metrics to assess plan effectiveness.
• Collaborate with nurses, care coordinators, pharmacists, and other clinicians to optimize outcomes and ensure compliance with U.S. nursing‑home regulations.
• Support quality‑improvement initiatives, value‑based care programs, and the design of clinical algorithms, risk models, and decision‑support tools.

Required profile

• A bachelor’s degree in medicine (MD or equivalent) is mandatory.
• Proven full‑time experience in a relevant clinical or data‑analysis role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).

Required skills

• Strong analytical ability to interpret EMR and population‑health data.
• Knowledge of clinical guidelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements for U.S. nursing homes.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable clinical recommendations.
