Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Online Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online Engineer to lead the administration, governance and evolution of our Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The role is fully remote and will support a global user base, ensuring collaboration tools are secure, reliable and continuously improved.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Online.
• Design, implement and manage governance, security and compliance policies across the platform.
• Plan and execute migrations, modernisation and continuous optimisation of SharePoint sites and related content.
• Develop collaboration solutions and integrate Power Platform components to automate business processes.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues and provide end‑user support.

Required profile

• 10+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
• Strong knowledge of administration, security, compliance and migration best practices.
• Proven ability to deliver collaboration solutions at scale.
