About the role
As a Microsoft Copilot Studio & Agentic AI Consultant you will turn emerging Copilot and AI agent capabilities into scalable, production‑ready solutions for customers and internal teams. You will work hands‑on with Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility, and the Power Platform to design, build, validate and govern AI solutions while creating reusable assets and driving adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver end‑to‑end Copilot Studio and AI agent solutions, from discovery through design, build, validation, governance and adoption.
- Design and develop AI agents and Copilot experiences using Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 extensibility and Power Platform.
- Ensure solutions meet security, data‑protection, DLP, identity, ALM, monitoring and control requirements.
- Build and maintain global reusable assets such as architectures, templates, playbooks, demos and accelerators.
- Support customer engagements, early‑access pilots and translate insights into global offerings.
- Drive internal Centre of Excellence innovation to improve productivity, delivery quality and knowledge reuse.
- Enable adoption and scaling through stakeholder collaboration, enablement materials and support for regional delivery and presales teams.
Required profile
- Hands‑on experience with Power Platform, preferably in customer‑facing delivery and production‑ready implementations.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and/or Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility, capable of moving from idea to prototype to scalable solution.
- Proven track record delivering real‑world AI, automation, Microsoft 365 or Power Platform solutions.
- Strong consulting mindset, stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills.
- Curious, proactive learner with a drive to explore new Microsoft AI capabilities and share insights.
