Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant – Senior Associate

About the role

PWC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Advisory team in Cairo as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant. You will work on implementation and support projects, translating business requirements into effective system solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform fit‑gap analysis between client business processes and out‑of‑the‑box Dynamics 365 F&O functionality.
• Configure and test the solution, supporting user acceptance testing and end‑user training.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional delivery teams and third‑party stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Escalate issues and risks, using project management tools such as Azure DevOps and spreadsheets.
• Deliver assigned tasks on time while maintaining high quality standards.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O, including finance, sales, purchase‑to‑pay, and warehouse management processes.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Experience in delivering training and supporting testing activities.
