Mixing Engineer – FMCG Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a Mixing Engineer to lead batch manufacturing of personal‑care products in our Suez plant. The role ensures compliance with GMP and ISO standards while driving efficiency and product quality across formulations such as face washes, shower gels, lotions and creams.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor mixing equipment for batch production of FMCG products.
• Follow SOPs, GMP and ISO guidelines throughout manufacturing activities.
• Perform in‑process quality checks (pH, viscosity, appearance) and adjust parameters as needed.
• Handle raw materials, supervise operators and prepare daily production reports.
• Conduct mixer cleaning and sanitisation using hot and cold water cycles.
• Participate in GMP & ISO audits and regulatory compliance activities.
• Generate Kaizens and process improvements using Manex systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain safety, quality and productivity standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in production/mixing operations within FMCG (personal‑care or beverages).
• Hands‑on experience with complex batch manufacturing of lotions, creams, gels or washes.
• Familiarity with regulatory audits, SOPs and ISO/GMP standards.
• Fluent English communication.
