Missions
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
- Present and explain products and services to prospective clients.
- Generate new leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Profil recherché
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Team‑player with a proactive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- At least 1‑2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
