About the role
OPPO Egypt is looking for a Mobile Repair Engineer to join its Nasr City service team. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing both software and hardware issues on OPPO smartphones, ensuring fast and high‑quality service for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and analyse all software and hardware problems on mobile devices.
- Communicate detailed fault analysis to the quality team.
- Perform repairs efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
- Record every repair step in the internal tracking system.
- Conduct comprehensive functional tests after each repair to confirm device performance.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and follow‑up abilities.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight turnaround times.
- Good interpersonal skills and the capacity to interpret body language.
- Maximum age of 35 years.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications for documentation and reporting.
