Network Security Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Network Security Engineer to design, implement and maintain robust security solutions across our enterprise network. The role involves protecting critical infrastructure, monitoring traffic, and responding to incidents to ensure a secure and resilient environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain next‑generation firewalls, site‑to‑site and remote‑access VPNs, IDS/IPS and security policies.
• Monitor security events and network traffic, investigate alerts and coordinate incident response.
• Manage firewall rule changes, perform security hardening and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Support vulnerability management: conduct scans, analyse risks and drive remediation.
• Troubleshoot network and security issues to maintain high availability and performance of security devices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience as a Network Security Engineer.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA/CCNP Security, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSE, or Check Point CCSA/CCSE preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST or CIS Controls frameworks.
