Night Auditor

About the role

The Night Auditor will manage the hotel’s overnight operations, ensuring smooth guest experiences during the late‑night hours. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Marsa Matrouh and reports to the front‑desk management team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest check‑ins and check‑outs during night shifts.
• Manage reservations and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Process financial transactions, reconcile daily accounts, and prepare audit reports.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hotel policies.

Required profile

• Proficiency in receptionist duties and efficient reservation management.
• Ability to multitask and remain detail‑oriented in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy; familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
