O2C Senior Manager

About the role

The O2C Senior Manager will lead the Order‑to‑Cash function within the Group Finance Shared Service Centre, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and robust revenue reporting while partnering with Asset Management, Property Services, Business Units and Leasing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide finance business partnership for accounts receivable and revenue processes across multiple business units.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning for asset management teams, validating tenant revenue figures.
• Oversee the billing cycle to guarantee timely and accurate A/R invoice generation.
• Analyse tenant performance, rent‑related data and produce KPI reports for senior management.
• Maintain segregation of duties, run monthly integrity reports and reconcile GL control accounts.
• Manage monthly/periodic reconciliations of O2C accounts, highlighting exceptions and risks.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors on AR and revenue matters and implement audit recommendations.
• Review lease data, agreements and billing requests before processing.
• Maintain the monthly closing checklist and ensure compliance with doubtful debt provisions.
• Identify and drive process standardisation and improvement initiatives.
• Review and approve tenant statements and refunds in line with lease agreements and company policies.
• Support implementation of new financial systems and related interfaces.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in Order‑to‑Cash, accounts receivable and revenue accounting.
• Proven ability to act as a finance business partner to operational teams.
• Strong analytical skills with experience preparing budgets, forecasts and KPI reports.
• Hands‑on experience with month‑end closing, GL reconciliations and audit coordination.
• Excellent knowledge of lease accounting, billing processes and doubtful debt provisioning.
• Leadership experience managing and mentoring a finance team.
