Occupational Nurse

About the role

ABB is seeking an Occupational Nurse to support the 10th of Ramadan factory and nearby sites. Reporting to the Head of Health, you will apply your clinical expertise to improve occupational health and hygiene performance across the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care and occupational health assessments, ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor regulations.
• Investigate, report, and follow up on occupational health incidents, implementing corrective actions.
• Support incident investigations, identify root causes, and develop risk‑mitigation strategies.
• Lead health‑promotion and prevention programs to foster a safety‑focused culture.
• Supervise the Clinic Administrator to maintain efficient clinic operations and accurate health records.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of nursing experience, with at least 5 years in industrial or factory settings.
• Advanced knowledge of occupational health nursing, including employee assessments and incident investigation.
• Valid nursing license in Egypt and a degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification; occupational health nursing certification preferred.
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities, capable of autonomous clinical decision‑making.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
