Odoo Project Manager (Remote – Egypt)

About the role

Cloudmen is seeking an experienced Odoo Project Manager to lead implementation projects for clients across the GCC region. Based in Egypt, you will work remotely, coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver Odoo solutions on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Odoo implementation projects from kickoff through go‑live and post‑launch support.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
• Create detailed project plans, define milestones, allocate resources and monitor progress.
• Coordinate between clients, functional consultants, developers and technical teams.
• Conduct client meetings, project updates, demonstrations and user‑acceptance testing.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, scope changes and delivery blockers.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and ensure comprehensive project documentation.
• Monitor budgets, timesheets, resource utilisation and project profitability.
• Support user training, data migration, go‑live preparation and project hand‑over.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience managing ERP or Odoo implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo functional modules and implementation methodology.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent business analysis, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Experience leading remote teams and communicating confidently with clients.
