Odoo Projects Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Odoo Projects Manager to lead the delivery of Odoo‑based solutions for our clients. The role will be pivotal in driving operational excellence and ensuring successful project outcomes as CDS Solutions expands its digital transformation portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute Odoo implementation projects from kickoff to go‑live.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define functional specifications and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, including developers, consultants and QA, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide training and support to end‑users during and after deployment.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing ERP or Odoo projects.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects in a fast‑moving environment.
