About the role

The Retail Credit Administration Officer is responsible for ensuring rigorous control and compliance across all Mashreq Bank branches. This role focuses on accurate case verification, adherence to product policies, and proper documentation of financial transactions.

Key responsibilities

Maintain adequate and effective controls across Mashreq Bank branches, ensuring 100 % double‑checking of cases exceeding the agreed amount for all products.
Review cases to confirm that all product parameters and policy criteria are satisfied.
Verify that all financial transactions are executed on approved documents to complete disbursements and ongoing maintenance.
Monitor daily reports to ensure every transaction is supported by the proper documentation.
Check that all documents related to disbursed loans comply with bank policies.
