On Premise Musketeer – Brand Ambassador (Alexandria)

About the role

We are seeking an On Premise Musketeer to be the face of our brand across bars, cafés, restaurants, clubs, universities and other hospitality venues in Alexandria. You will drive distribution, visibility and consumption of our products by building strong relationships and executing targeted sales and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Account & Relationship Management – develop and maintain long‑term partnerships with outlet owners, managers, bar staff, promoters and distributors.
• Territory Ownership & Market Development – understand local trends, competitors and consumption occasions; identify new business opportunities and expand distribution.
• Sales Growth & Activation – drive volume through activations, promotions and visibility initiatives while ensuring product availability and pricing compliance.
• Event & Activation Execution – support and execute on‑premise events and third‑party activations in line with brand guidelines and ROI objectives.
• Planning, Reporting & Coordination – plan weekly/monthly activities, track field performance, report market feedback and collaborate with internal sales, marketing and distribution teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, on‑premise, FMCG, hospitality or a related field; HORECA experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercial awareness with solid understanding of sales fundamentals and basic financial concepts.
• Analytical mindset capable of assessing sales data and customer performance.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently in a fast‑paced, field‑based environment.
• Highly organized with strong planning and prioritisation skills.
• Street‑smart with cultural and social awareness of diverse customer segments.
