Oncology Business Partner - Cairo / Giza

About the role

AstraZeneca is recruiting an Oncology Business Partner for its dedicated Oncology unit in Cairo / Giza. The role engages healthcare professionals to promote on-label prescribing by highlighting product efficacy and safety, addressing patient journey gaps and ensuring proper drug positioning and testing. It is part of a fast-growing team within AstraZeneca focused on launch excellence, commercial effectiveness and maximizing the lifecycle of its portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Engage healthcare professionals to promote on-label prescribing
• Map accounts and engage stakeholders
• Provide relevant data and support healthcare professionals ethically
• Ensure proper drug positioning and testing
• Optimize patient outcomes while achieving sales targets in line with company policies

Required profile

• Pharmacy or Medicine graduate
• 2 years of multinational experience
• Completed military or other governmental obligations
• Driving license required
• Desirable: 1 year of oncology, immunology or specialty experience

• Industry knowledge and teamwork
• Desirable: excellent English and Arabic communication, presentation skills, digital abilities, strategic accounts and KOL management experience
