About the role
The OneKey Support Specialist provides technical assistance for the OneKey healthcare professional database and related products. Working closely with the OneKey operations team, the specialist serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal validation teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely issue resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver IT support across multiple platforms, handling break/fix incidents and networking queries.
- Analyze and evaluate system issues, developing solutions with minimal supervision.
- Prioritize and manage workload within the support group while maintaining continuous client communication.
- Coordinate with the OneKey Validation team to align client requests and internal processes.
- Generate routine and custom reports on data change request (DCR) performance and analytics.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in information technology support or a similar role.
- Strong analytical mindset and customer‑service orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to learn new applications quickly and share knowledge with teammates.
- Proactive problem‑identification and solution development.
Required skills
- Experience with system operations, networking troubleshooting, and data reporting.
