Operations & Customer Relations Coordinator

About the role

The Operations & Customer Relations Coordinator is the operational backbone of Matheology, an education‑focused organisation in Cairo. Working hybrid, you will be the primary point of contact for students, parents and schools, guiding them through the entire learning journey from registration to ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main guide for incoming leads, clearly explaining Matheology’s teaching methodology, course structures and system requirements.
• Manage the end‑to‑end registration and onboarding process for new students.
• Handle high‑volume communication channels, especially WhatsApp and phone calls, answering parent inquiries and coordinating with school administrations.
• Maintain accurate student records, attendance sheets and performance databases using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and generate regular progress reports.
• Oversee internal support assistants, synchronising workflows to ensure tasks are completed flawlessly and on time.
