Operations Quality Engineer

About the role

LEONI, a global provider of products, solutions and services for energy and data management in the automotive industry, is hiring an Operations Quality Engineer in Cairo. The role supervises the Operations Quality area of responsibility according to defined objectives and KPIs, and leads a team covering all operational stages.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Operations Quality area of responsibility in line with defined objectives and KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting and contribute to enhancing service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to standards, governance and effective process execution.
• Lead and manage direct reports, defining their objectives, tasks and responsibilities, and monitor and evaluate their performance.
• Plan and coordinate team activities to cover all operational stages and respond to incoming requests.
• Identify training and development needs, support professional growth and implement initiatives for performance improvement, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Operations Quality field.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical-thinking skills.
