Operations Specialist

About the role

Incision is looking for an Operations Specialist to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and deliver high‑quality customer service across all support channels. You will work closely with internal teams to improve processes, handle escalations, and provide accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate, and professional support to customers and platform users.
• Coordinate and deliver operational activities in line with customer requirements and internal guidelines.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports for performance monitoring and decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure requests and tasks are completed efficiently.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in operations or customer support.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work both independently and within a team.
• Professional attitude with good written and spoken English.
