Oracle Financial Consultant – Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Financial Consultant to lead finance transformation projects within PwC’s advisory practice. You will help clients implement Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM solutions, leveraging emerging technologies such as RPA, machine learning and analytics to redesign their finance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end Oracle ERP/FIN projects using PwC’s proven methodologies.
• Lead workstreams, mentor team members and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Gather requirements, conduct workshops, design functional and technical solutions, and configure Oracle modules.
• Manage data migration, cut‑over planning and post‑go‑live issue resolution.
• Support business case development, vendor selection and change management activities.
• Travel to client sites in the UK and internationally as required.

Required profile

• Minimum of four full‑lifecycle Oracle ERP/FIN implementations, covering at least four Oracle modules.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, fit‑gap analysis, solution design and functional configuration.
• Ability to lead design discussions, produce functional specifications and estimate effort for technical development.
• Strong stakeholder and people management skills.
