About the role
BlackStone eIT is hiring an Oracle Fusion Service Functional Consultant working remotely. The consultant works with business teams to design and configure service request and work order processes, and supports the go-live of the solution.
Key responsibilities
- Run discovery and design workshops with business teams for service request and work-order processes
- Design and configure Oracle Fusion Service: service requests, work orders, queues, assignment rules and SLAs
- Set up the customer self-service portal (Digital Customer Service)
- Prepare functional designs, test scripts and training material
- Lead SIT and UAT for the area and support go-live and hypercare
Required profile
- 6+ years in enterprise applications, including Oracle Fusion Service (or Service Cloud) on 2+ full implementations
- Hands-on set-up of service requests, work orders, queues and SLAs
- Functional design and workshop experience with business users
- Able to travel to Dubai regularly
- Excellent written and spoken English
