Oracle HCM Consultant Manager – Advisory Services

About the role

PwC is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to lead advisory projects within its Business Application Consulting practice. Based in Cairo, you will help clients optimise their Oracle suite, ensuring seamless implementation, configuration and support of Oracle HCM solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Oracle HCM projects, including planning, budgeting, execution and delivery.
• Analyse client requirements and design solutions using Oracle Application Development Framework and Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher.
• Oversee installation, configuration, administration and ongoing support of Oracle products.
• Coach and mentor team members, leveraging their strengths to meet client expectations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, address conflicts and ensure adherence to PwC professional standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Oracle HCM or related Oracle suite implementations.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Excellent analytical abilities to understand complex system interactions.
