About the role

We are a U.S.-based real estate wholesaling company seeking a motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team as an Outbound Cold Caller. You will be responsible for contacting homeowners, following scripts, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our acquisitions team.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls to homeowners using provided scripts.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
Schedule appointments for the acquisitions team.
Maintain accurate call logs and update lead information.

Required profile

Strong verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.
Ability to follow scripts and qualify leads efficiently.
Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently as a virtual assistant.

Hourly pay ranging from $3 to $7.
