Outdoor Sales – Religious Tourism (Hajj & Umrah)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Outdoor Sales Representative to promote our religious tourism packages, including Hajj and Umrah services. Based in Qesm El Nozha, you will work on‑site, engaging directly with potential travelers and helping them choose the right pilgrimage experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and convert prospective customers for Hajj and Umrah packages.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay up‑to‑date with company offerings and market trends in religious tourism.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales or sales‑management experience with a results‑driven mindset.
• Capability to train clients and clearly explain product details.
• Proactive, team‑oriented attitude and ability to work on‑site.
• Prior experience in tourism, especially religious tourism, is a plus.
