Outdoor Spare Parts Salesperson – Sharkia, Egypt

About the role

MTM Egypt International Trading & Suppliers is seeking a full‑time Outdoor Spare Parts Salesperson to promote and sell automotive spare parts across Sharkia. The role combines remote work with frequent field visits to build relationships and close sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned territory.
• Promote auto spare parts, present product features and benefits.
• Negotiate prices and terms, and follow up on inquiries to close sales.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor market trends, provide feedback to the sales team, and prepare regular sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to arrange deliveries and resolve customer issues.

Required profile

• Strong customer satisfaction and retention abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid experience in automotive sales, preferably in spare parts.
• Experience with basic sales reporting, territory management and negotiation.
• Previous field or outdoor sales experience in the automotive sector.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently and travel within Sharkia.
• Comfortable using phone, email and basic digital tools for remote coordination.
• Valid driver’s license and familiarity with the local market are advantageous.
