Packaging Designer – Perfume Bottles

About the role

We are seeking a senior Packaging Designer to create high‑end perfume bottles, caps, atomizers and cosmetic packaging that embody brand identity and market positioning. The role blends creative vision with technical expertise to deliver production‑ready designs for luxury fragrance brands.

Key responsibilities

• Translate brand identity and fragrance profiles into structural and graphic packaging concepts.
• Develop detailed 3D CAD models and technical drawings for glass, plastic and metal components.
• Create realistic 3D mock‑ups, die‑cut layouts and print specifications.
• Select materials, colors, textures and finishes that meet aesthetic, functional and sustainability goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development and vendors to ensure design feasibility and scale‑up without custom mold issues.
• Source and test luxury materials such as magnetic caps, heavy glass, zamac and premium paper.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in industrial design, preferably within perfume, cosmetics or luxury packaging.
• Strong portfolio showcasing bottle, closure and packaging designs.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Deep understanding of glass molding, injection molding, finishing and decoration techniques.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in 3D CAD/software: Rhinoceros 3D, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, KeyShot.
• Expertise in 2D graphic design tools: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign.
