Paid Social Executive

About the role

Dentsuaegis is looking for Paid Social Executives to manage the day-to-day execution of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Snapchat. It is a fast-paced, performance-driven role in which you set up, optimize and report on multiple campaigns daily. The position is based in Cairo, full time and permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, set up and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and other platforms.
• Execute multiple campaign activations in a single day with accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor campaign performance, pacing and budgets in real time.
• Analyze data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
• Identify testing opportunities (creative, audiences, bidding strategies) to improve results.
• Ensure campaigns align with client KPIs, focusing on revenue, ROI and efficiency metrics.
• Stay updated on paid social platform updates, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in paid social campaign management; agency experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once, with a strong focus on accuracy and performance delivery.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within performance marketing.

Required skills

• Hands-on knowledge of Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Snapchat Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and reporting proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards).
