Part-time Company Doctor (Factory-based)

About the role
Our client, a reputable manufacturing facility, is seeking a qualified medical professional to join the team on a part‑time basis. The role involves one day per week, four hours on‑site, providing medical oversight and support to factory employees.
Key responsibilities
- Review and approve medical approvals and related documentation for staff.
- Evaluate and authorize sick leave requests and medical compensation claims.
- Offer basic health advice and guidance to employees.
- Assist the HR department with medical‑related matters and employee health policies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
Required profile
- Licensed Medical Doctor authorized to practice in Egypt.
- Ability to be present on‑site in Shibin El Qanater at least one day per week.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, respectful attitude toward workers and staff.
- Experience in occupational health or previous work in a factory setting is a plus.
Required skills
- Effective communication with diverse employee groups.
- Professional demeanor and respect for confidentiality.
