Part-time Remote FIDIC Contracts Instructor

About the role

Link Academy is seeking a part‑time remote instructor to design and deliver online courses on FIDIC contracts, with a focus on the Red Book. The role involves translating complex contract provisions into practical training for construction and infrastructure professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop curriculum and learning materials covering FIDIC suite editions (1999, 2017) and the Red Book.
• Deliver live and recorded training sessions to individuals and corporate clients.
• Explain contract clauses, risk allocation, claims procedures and dispute‑resolution mechanisms.
• Provide guidance on preparing and managing claims under FIDIC rules.
• Assess learner progress and update content based on feedback and industry changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience working with FIDIC contracts in project or contracts management.
• In‑depth knowledge of the 1999 and 2017 FIDIC Rainbow Suite editions.
• Proven expertise in claims and dispute management under FIDIC.
• Relevant certifications such as FIDIC Certified Trainer are a strong advantage.
• Experience delivering professional training or workshops.
