Partnership and Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development & Partnership Manager will drive sustainable portfolio growth by creating and managing strategic alliances with banks, fintechs, corporates and other ecosystem partners. This role focuses on expanding customer acquisition, increasing SME penetration and delivering new financing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the partnership and business development strategy, identifying new acquisition channels.
• Generate portfolio growth opportunities within the SME segment, including Vendor Finance, Supply Chain Finance and Embedded Finance programs.
• Lead commercial negotiations, structure revenue‑sharing models and manage executive‑level relationships with partners.
• Monitor partnership performance against KPIs, coordinate with Risk, Credit, Operations, Technology and Sales teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with market participants, industry associations and ecosystem stakeholders.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in banking, SME finance, fintech or related financial services.
• Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships and complex deal structuring.
• Experience in SME lending, supply chain finance, vendor finance or ecosystem‑based business models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field; MBA or professional qualification preferred.
• Strong commercial negotiation, stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
