Partnerships & Operations Lead

About the role

CNTXT AI is seeking a Partnerships & Operations Lead to build and manage egocentric data collection operations across Egypt. The role focuses on creating a network of industrial partners, launching smartphone‑based data capture programs, and scaling high‑quality AI training data.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure business partnerships across target industries and launch egocentric data collection programs.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, smartphone distribution, app installation, and training to ensure high‑quality data capture.
• Monitor operational metrics such as active contributors, recorded hours, and approval rates, and work with quality teams to improve performance.
• Manage smartphone assets, including activation, tracking, charging, replacement, and maximizing utilization per device.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, operations, enterprise sales or related fields.
• Strong network and understanding of the Vietnamese business environment; fluent in Vietnamese and professional English.
• Proven ability to negotiate, close deals and manage multiple industrial partners and locations.
• Comfortable visiting factories, warehouses, construction sites and other operational environments.
