Part‑Time Freelance SEL Coach

About the role

Farid Academy is seeking passionate coaches to deliver one‑to‑one online Social & Emotional Learning (SEL) sessions for children and teenagers across the Arab world. As a freelance SEL Coach, you will help shape the next generation by fostering confidence, resilience, empathy and emotional intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging 1:1 online SEL sessions for learners aged 6‑18.
• Create a safe, supportive, and interactive virtual learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with learners and their families.
• Track progress, complete session reports, and maintain high coaching standards.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development.
• Represent Farid Academy’s values and coaching standards in every interaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Early Childhood, Special Education, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Strong passion for working with children and adolescents.
• Fluent Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
• Professionalism, commitment, and a continuous‑learning mindset.

Required skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable using online learning platforms.
• Previous experience in teaching, coaching, counseling, or child development (preferred).
