About the role

Enigma Genomics is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to join its global team. This full‑time remote position supports patients throughout their testing journey, ensuring they understand procedures, preparation requirements, and results.

Key responsibilities

• Educate patients on laboratory tests, procedures, and service processes in a clear, professional manner.
• Respond to patient inquiries, providing accurate information about testing and preparation.
• Coordinate with clinical and laboratory teams to guarantee a smooth patient experience and timely follow‑up.
• Support patients before and after testing, delivering clear instructions for sample collection when needed.
• Maintain high standards of patient satisfaction and document all interactions while preserving confidentiality.
• Participate in patient engagement and awareness initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in patient support, healthcare customer service, patient education, or clinical coordination.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a compassionate, detail‑oriented approach.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
