About the role

The Payroll Coordinator will ensure accurate and timely processing of the company’s payroll, handling employee and tax information, and serving as the main point of contact for payroll‑related queries.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare salaries, bonuses and other employee payments.
  • Reconcile social insurance contributions for all staff.
  • Monitor salary transfers to banks and resolve any issues.
  • Manage payroll increments, deductions and special payments.
  • Generate monthly payroll reports and distribute payslips.
  • Maintain a comprehensive payroll database for the entire workforce.
  • Stay updated on payroll systems, wage regulations and tax laws.
  • Research and resolve employee or system payroll problems.
  • Foster positive relationships with employees, agencies and internal teams.

Required profile

  • B.Sc. in Accounting or a related field from a reputable university.
  • 3‑5 years of payroll or HR experience.
  • Fluent English; additional European language is a plus.
  • High level of confidentiality and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office applications.
