People & Culture Director

About the role

EVA Pharma, a fast-growing healthcare company operating across 70+ countries with a 5,000-strong team, is looking for a People & Culture Director for its Medicines business. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role owns the full people agenda for EVA Medicines and sits at the intersection of business performance and organizational capability. It is a strategic leadership position serving as a trusted partner to senior leadership on culture, talent and workforce strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the People & Culture strategy for EVA Medicines in line with EVA Pharma's direction and ITP objectives, and advise the executive team on organizational design, workforce planning and people-driven transformation.
• Oversee talent management: acquisition, performance, succession planning and leadership pipeline development, and champion learning and development initiatives.
• Drive culture, engagement and retention programmes, using people analytics, engagement data and KPIs to improve the employee experience.
• Ensure HR governance, policy compliance and consistent application of people frameworks, and lead and develop the People & Culture team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or professional HR certification (SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive HR/People & Culture leadership experience, including senior business partnering roles in complex organizations.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or FMCG is a strong advantage.
