People Experience & Operations Assistant Analyst (On‑site HR SPOC)

About the role

The People Experience & Operations Assistant Analyst acts as the on‑site HR single point of contact, supporting employees throughout their lifecycle. The role ensures smooth onboarding, compliance, digital tool adoption, and exit processes while maintaining accurate documentation for internal and governmental audits.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end onboarding, including documentation collection, site walkthroughs, and tool handover.
• Manage logistics for learning sessions and deliver compliance, ethics, and talent management training.
• Train employees on HR platforms (MyServices, iCIMS, MS Teams, Smiles) and drive digital adoption.
• Maintain legally required records, conduct periodic audits, and support government inspections.
• Communicate outcomes of internal investigations and ensure proper acknowledgment.
• Facilitate employee communications, offboarding, and clearance activities.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in HR operations or employee experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, including hiring managers and government officials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
