Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Dubizzle Egypt is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to design, execute and optimise paid media campaigns and customer lifecycle initiatives. You will work closely with the Group Performance Marketing Manager and cross‑functional teams to align digital strategies with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid media campaigns, CLM initiatives and growth strategies across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with department heads to align marketing plans and ensure cohesive execution.
• Analyse performance metrics, automate reporting and measure ROI against KPIs.
• Identify market trends, optimise spend and share actionable insights with the team.
• Lead high‑visibility projects, mentor team members and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Provide regular performance reports to senior management and manage autonomous projects without supervision.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• 7‑8 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising, including 2 years of team‑management experience.
• Strong strategic thinking, data analysis and communication skills.
