Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Fiorito, a premium gifting brand based in Kuwait, is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive paid media efforts across multiple platforms. This remote, part‑time position focuses on maximizing return on ad spend while supporting the brand’s luxury positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and other relevant channels.
• Monitor performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and continuously improve them.
• Develop audience targeting, budget allocation and A/B testing strategies.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Content Creator on creative concepts, messaging and ad copy.
• Analyse creative performance and recommend improvements for ads, offers and landing pages.
• Identify growth opportunities and new initiatives based on insights and industry trends.
• Prepare regular performance reports with clear recommendations.
• Stay updated on platform changes, AI tools and best practices in digital marketing.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads or Snapchat Ads.
• Experience with GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Experience in e‑commerce or luxury consumer brands is a plus.
