About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketing Team Leader to drive our digital advertising efforts. The role starts with a short practical assessment where you will launch campaigns and generate real leads, after which you will lead and grow a dedicated marketing team.
Key responsibilities
- Build and expand a performance marketing team from 5 to 10 members.
- Conduct interviews, select qualified candidates, and train new hires from day one.
- Coach, manage, and improve daily performance of the team.
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies for performance improvement.
- Visit the Alexandria office occasionally to provide on‑site training and support.
Required profile
- Minimum 9 months hands‑on experience in men’s health or male health marketing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team‑management abilities.
- Acceptable English communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely with occasional on‑site visits in Alexandria.
Required skills
- Meta (Facebook) Ads management.
- Google Ads experience.
- TikTok Ads experience.
- Snapchat Ads experience.
- E‑commerce campaign management.
